RARE Chemical has successfully installed and commissioned fluid conveyance systems in HDPE, U-PVC, C-PVC, PP-H, Teflon® Lined Pipe, Dual Containment, BCF, ABS, PVDF, Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel complete with pipe supports fabrication.
Linings
RARE Chemical offer a cost effective repair solution that enhances the corrosion, wear resistance and flow to of steel lines in aggressive fluid applications. Linings are offered in PP, HDPE, PVC and PVDF materials. Pit & Bunker Linings can be undertaken for Galvanising Plants. Vessel lining in Diamond Process Plants are also undertaken by RARE Chemical.
Swagelining®
RARE Chemical offers trenchless lining of corroded systems utilising the Swagelining® technology. The unique Swagelining® process can re-line new or existing pipelines insitu with the greatest of ease offering a guaranteed rehabilitation or new lining system. Swagelining® has been successfully proven in the Water, Gas, Sewer Force Mains, Petrochemical, Mining and Industrial industry.
Sewage Treatment Plants
Using in-house developed technology; RARE Chemical offer a modular micro sewage treatment plant for rural Communities. Thermoplastic materials are utilised to improve the life cycle of the system.
